Shipping
Darly Paris ships to France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates in business days and may be longer during peak periods (sales, holidays) or due to events beyond our control (weather, carrier disruptions). The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before payment.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, the United States, and other countries outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient upon delivery. If you refuse a parcel because of these charges, the shipping costs and any charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking
You can follow your order at any time using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or from your customer account.
Delivery address
Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to an incorrect address. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible at contact@darlyparis.com, before your order has shipped.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel appears damaged on delivery, please note your reservations with the carrier and contact us within 3 days at contact@darlyparis.com with photographs. If your tracking has not been updated for more than 7 business days, or if your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and find a solution: reshipment or refund.
Under EU and UK law, the risk of loss or damage passes to you only once you, or a person you designate, take physical possession of the parcel.
Late delivery
If your order has not been delivered within the announced timeframe, contact us. If it is still not delivered within a reasonable additional period, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund, in accordance with our Terms of Sale.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Darly Paris jewellery. If a piece isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
How to return an item
- Email us at contact@darlyparis.com within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. You can also use the model withdrawal form in our Terms of Sale.
- We will reply with your return instructions and the return address.
- Send the item(s) back within 14 days of your request, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, pouches, and certificates.
Please do not send returns to our registered office in Paris: it is a domiciliation address and cannot accept parcels. Returns sent there without our instructions will not be processed.
Conditions
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned complete in their original packaging. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit back to us.
Non-returnable items
- Personalised, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery;
- Earrings whose hygiene seal has been removed, for health and hygiene reasons;
- Gift cards.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item is defective or does not match your order.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the full price of the item(s), including the original standard shipping cost if you return your entire order, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the item(s) or proof of return before issuing the refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method; depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Import duties and taxes paid for deliveries outside the EU and the UK are not refunded by us, but you may be able to reclaim them from your carrier or the customs authority of your country.
Exchanges
To exchange a piece for another size or model, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at contact@darlyparis.com as soon as possible, with your order number and photographs. We will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you, including return shipping, in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery in the EU and the UK).
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days in the EU and UK) and your legal guarantees described in our Terms of Sale.
