Conditions générales de vente

Last updated: October 11, 2026

Article 1 – Seller and scope

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on darlyparis.com (the "Site") between GBLK GROUP, SASU with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 938 060 969, registered office at 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France, operating the Darly Paris brand ("Darly Paris", "we", "us"), and any consumer acting for purposes outside their trade or profession (the "Customer", "you").

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale, which prevail over any other document. The applicable version is the one online at the time of the order. Customer service: contact@darlyparis.com.

Article 2 – Products

Our jewellery is described as accurately as possible on each product page (materials, dimensions, care instructions). Photographs are for illustration; slight variations in colour or finish may occur depending on your screen settings and the handcrafted nature of some pieces. Offers are valid while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will inform you and refund you within 14 days at the latest.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your market. For deliveries within the European Union and the United Kingdom, prices include VAT. For other destinations, including the United States, prices exclude any import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which may be charged by the destination country's authorities and are payable by the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm your order. We may change our prices at any time; the price applicable is the one displayed when you place your order.

Article 4 – Ordering

To order, you select your products, review your cart, enter your details, choose a delivery method, and confirm your order with an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a payment issue, a manifest pricing error, or a prior dispute with the Customer.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering, using the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and our payment partners; we never have access to your full card details.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address you provide at checkout, within the timeframes set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person designated by you, take physical possession of the products. If delivery has not taken place within the agreed timeframe, or within 30 days of the order if no timeframe was specified, you may request delivery within a reasonable additional period and, failing that, cancel the order and obtain a full refund (Articles L.216-2 and L.216-6 of the French Consumer Code).

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason (Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code; for UK customers, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). As a commercial goodwill gesture, Darly Paris extends this period to 30 days from delivery.

To exercise this right, notify us of your decision by email at contact@darlyparis.com or using the model withdrawal form below, then return the products within 14 days of your notification. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or made-to-order jewellery, or to earrings whose hygiene seal has been removed after delivery (Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or you have provided proof of their return. The refund is made using the same payment method as the original transaction. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item is defective or does not match your order. You are responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Article 8 – Legal guarantees

All products benefit, regardless of any commercial guarantee, from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

The consumer has a period of two years from delivery of the goods to invoke the legal guarantee of conformity in the event of a lack of conformity. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date on which it appeared. The legal guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to have the goods repaired or replaced within thirty days of their request, free of charge and without major inconvenience. If the goods are repaired under the guarantee, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the guarantee. The consumer may obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract, with full refund in exchange for return of the goods, if the seller refuses to repair or replace the goods, if the repair or replacement takes place after thirty days, if it causes major inconvenience, or if the lack of conformity persists or is serious enough to justify an immediate reduction or termination. The consumer is not required to pay for repair or replacement or for the return of the goods under the guarantee.

A seller who acts in bad faith to obstruct the legal guarantee of conformity is liable to a civil fine of up to €300,000 (Article L.241-5 of the French Consumer Code). The consumer also benefits from the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code for two years from the discovery of the defect.

UK customers additionally benefit from their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

To make a claim, contact us at contact@darlyparis.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Article 9 – Liability

We are not liable for failure to perform the contract caused by the Customer, by an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party, or by force majeure. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Article 10 – Intellectual property

All content on the Site (brand, logo, photographs, texts, designs) is the property of GBLK GROUP and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Article 11 – Personal data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 12 – Customer service, mediation and disputes

For any question or complaint, contact our customer service at contact@darlyparis.com. We will do our best to resolve your request amicably.

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, if your written complaint to our customer service has not been resolved, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator. GBLK GROUP is currently in the process of joining a consumer mediation scheme. The mediator's contact details will be published on this page as soon as they are available.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
